Burnout & Anxiety Study

60 minute sound bath meditation for burnout and anxiety recovery

Sound Healing Research Experience

About the Study

Burnout and anxiety affect focus, sleep, and emotional balance. Many people search for non-drug approaches that support nervous system recovery.

This study explores the effects of a guided 60-minute sound bath meditation experience. Participants listen to therapeutic sound frequencies, singing bowls, tuning forks, and ambient instruments designed to calm the nervous system.

The goal of this research project is to observe changes in stress levels, mood, and relaxation after the session.

Participants relax, listen, and allow the body to settle into a restorative state.

Benefits of Participating

Deep Nervous System Relaxation

Experience a guided sound bath designed to slow brain activity and calm the nervous system. Many participants report deep relaxation within minutes.

Improve Sleep Quality

Sound meditation helps the body shift into a restorative state. This can support deeper sleep and better recovery from stress.

The layered tones of singing bowls and tuning forks help quiet mental chatter and bring attention back to the present moment.

Reduce Mental Overload
Support Emotional Balance

Participants often report feeling lighter, calmer, and more emotionally balanced after the session.

Download the Research Track

Participants receive a private download link for the guided sound meditation created for the study. The audio will be used throughout the research period.

Listen With Headphones
and Eye Mask

Participants lie down comfortably at home, wear headphones, and place a sleep mask over their eyes. The session is listened to in a quiet environment with no interruptions.

Participants complete a short questionnaire before starting the study and another after the listening period. These responses are used to measure changes in stress, mood, and relaxation levels.
